For this solution we take our custom application Asterisk Desktop Manager, Asterisk open source PBX and the open source enterprise CRM system SugarCRM. The system can scale dynamically to meet with your demands.

Pricing
Prices for our hosted VOIP+CRM callcentre platform start at £120/month and you will require an Asterisk installation (pre existing or deployed by ArchiTel).
Pre existing Asterisk installations may incurr extra set-up costs depending on the complexity of deploment. Usually 2-6 hours at our standard consultancy rate.
Standard setup fee of £150 for the hosted SugarCRM platform and support for installation of our agent CRM popup application configuration. Full support contracts also available.
